In most cases being patient is really just being more accepting of another person mistakes or lack of skill. Just tell yourself that everyone makes mistakes or has a bad day and the more you come to realize that, the more patient you'll become. Or you can try this prayer. Lord give me patience. And give it to me now.^_^

I guess you need to relax a little and live life one step at a time, the best things on life takes time, like fine wines, you have to take the time to do things Better it doesnt matter if it takes longer, maybe a little Yoga will help and some other relaxing activities.

Just remember that no matter what needs to be done there is always more that can be done.
You will never finish everything you want to because something always pops up.
So just slow down and relax, you will feel a lot better.

focus on your task at hand
slow down your racing mind by focusing only on your breathing
the more you practice focusing your mind on breathing the less the mind will wander and feel anxious for the future. This is a proven method, its your choice, if it seems irrational and stupid, then don't do it and continue being anxious. If you're really fed up with this feeling try the excercise and keep practicing.........

I'm just like you.
It's this quick gratification society we live in.
Try to calm yourself. Realize the world won't stand on it's ear if
you don't hurry.
Check yourself & see if you can slow down your thoughts &
desires.
Don't make snap decisions. Our ability to rush in 1 area carry
over into other areas.

Step into the shoes of the other person, may be one who has to execute the work. Think over the constraints he will face in executing the work assigned to him. Automatically, you will develop the required patience.

I take deep breaths, count slowly to twenty and try to picture the event that requires my patience from a future perspective, tiny and distant. I try to remember other similar events and how they turned out. I see the bigger picture

I'm sorry. Nothing helps. Discipline is a learned behavior and until you learn it, you will be on edge constantly.......
