What types of equipment are used during construction of a light commercial project? I would appreciate it if someone could please help me out. I did research online but it seems there are hundreds of equipment is there some equipment that would stand out to use in a 5 min presentation 4 my class thanks or maybe main points for an outline

Skid loaders are very popular on light commercial jobs, Bob cats is one brand. Backhoes are also popular. Trenchers are used a lot. Of course there is always a few wheelbarrows, shovels , picks, hammers. Cement finishing tools. Drills etc etc etc

The most commonly used large equipment would be a forklift, a backhoe, pump truck and a concrete buggy.
