If you are trying to add ring tones then you will need the cord that attaches your pc to your phone. Then follow the directions that are given with you adapter. If you are just trying to send music to your phone, then if possible send an email from your phone to your regular address. That will tell you the email address to your phone. Then try to send the song to your phones address.

If you have Data cable connect it with ur mobile and send songs

if you cell phone has menory card you can buy the memory card reader and plug in you USB drvies cable of your system copy the song from system to memory card
or else you can you date cable also
you can use bluetruth also
