ok so i want to be a faerie for halloween and all i have is the wings and the make up but no outfit what do i wear i dont know what to wear>>

Quick, hit a thrift store and try on every gauzy, sparkly and/or glittery. Maybe you'll get lucky and stumble on an elf costume. Don't stop until you find your fairy self.
Hit the dollar store for a kiddie tiara and sceptre.

How about trying a pair of tights and a body suit in what ever colour closest to the wings you have, safety pin all kinds of silky scarves or a silky material around the waistline as well as tacked on the sleeves. Dust green, gold and mauve eyeshadow on face and exposed skin, Spray hair with temporary hair colour, pink, green whatever the colours are out there, don't forget to add some sparkly shimmer, spray clothes and hair with hair spray throw on the glitters. Good luck, oh and by the way most of this stuff can be bought at the dollar store!

you can always do what i did take a dress you dont wear anymore or much and do something funky to it :)
i made a safety pin corset on the back
and some other details.

make sure to match the outfit to your wings.
You can wear colored stockings, the striped ones or netted stockings.
A corset.
A poofy tulle skirt - like a ballerina skirt.
For shoes, you can wear high boots or ballerina slippers.
