would they be prancing around on all fours?
how civilized are we; compared to say, some family living in a forest?

I'm not exactly sure about the focus of this question but I'ma have a crack at it anyways.

No. They wouldn't be wandering around on all fours. This has biology behind it. Humans are specifically designed too be bipeadal (walk on too legs).

Their are still a few human cultures living in remote areas with out much in the way of technologies that we take forgranted. They do just fine. They have rules, codes of conduct, and all the trappings of culture.

They don't have access too broad band internet connections... or even dial up. No mass media exposure. The education that these people recieve is typically not formalized but it is very practical and serves them well.

So... comparitively I would say that we (in a civilization stand point) do have an advantage over them in that we can learn from them but it is unlikely they can learn from us.

I hope that if this doesn't answer your question it gives you some new avenues too explore.

Good hunting!

We are all living in the wild....its a jungle out there!
Did you ever hear of living off the land as the military and Boy Scouts do at times?

If you look around you, to all the buildings, cars, etc, you will find the answer. Humans came from the wild, and created modernity.

the same way we did many thousand of years ago... we would evolve and get specialized(meaning we would learn how to use things around us to benefit our social growth)
