please help i am out of ideas & how do i get the wooden shoes?

The most difficult part will be the cap, with flaps that turn back. You will have to make that with a pattern using a newspaper. Then put it on white cloth.
You need a long blue skirt, and a long white white apron.

You can buy the wooden shoes on the Internet, but it might be too late for this year! The Dutch word for clogs is klompen, you can Google it. You can buy them at http://www.habermehl.nl/ for example

Wear your hair in pig tails with curls. And wear white stalkings. As for the rest, you could buy it at a costume shop, they're all over right now.
