For a kitchen sink dual 8' 1/2" deep, with a disposal 1' 1/2" PVC drain. What is the ruff in height of drain pipe from the floor level?
12 to 14"?

If you are installing a new sink or new pipes, there isn't really a specific height that you have to use. They make drain traps that twist, pivot, turn and flex. You can get them to line up just about anywhere you position them. If there is a garbage disposal mounted on one bowl, then then drain height of that will determine where the "t" will be in the trap. If not, maybe keep it high enough to keep objects under the sink (cleaners, bottles, jars, etc) from being knocked into it. Good luck.
