If it is a singularity, then how does this singularity form back into into 4 dimensional space?

Think of it like the Handle of a Milk Jug that creates a wormhole like environment folding back somewhere else in this Universe (the handle of the Milk Jug).

Black Hole is a 'space - time web intensely influenced by gigantic gravitation pull (having escape velocity more than velocity of light). 'Space' has three dimensions viz length, width and depth (x, y and z) and 'time' provides the fourth dimension. All the above four dimensions of Black hole are gigantically tormented or influenced by huge gravitation of black hole.
