Where are the fax covers button located on microsoft office?

I need to make a fax cover and i don't now where it is located, is it in microsoft office, publisher, excel? My computer is in a different language so i don't know what the words mean so its hard to find it.

What you need to do is to start Word, then Open, and browse for MS Office Templates, usually C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates In my installation, the fax templates are in the directory 1033. I think there is a wizzard to do this, but i'm not sure how to get to it.
There are a number of fax templates in that directory.

Write you content in the word. now in file menu select send to->

here you will get option of fax click on that. it will show you a wizard. in wizard you can choose.
