Because Lebron was able to achieve more than Kobe at an earlier age and without the help of a dominating Big Man! And that Lebron posts better numbers across the board (points, assists, rebounds) while Kobe is more of a scorer. Though Kobe is a better defender, becuase Lebron is not that good a defender yet...

Lebron transformed Cleveland from a team that everybody forgot about to a team that everybody talks about. He strapped the Cavs on his back during the playoffs last year, and he's still maturing and growing. Kobe is a crybaby, show-off who doesn't understand the true value of team play.

lebron is a more complete player than kobe. kobe is definitely a better scorer and better in the clutch but lebron does the little things to help his team win and also grabs rebounds and gets alot of assists. as far as lebron saying kobe does stuff he couldnt think of doing i think that's just lebrons respect for kobe.
