I heard this line in an obscure Goth song. What movie is it from?

The group is Attrition, the song is "Two Gods...Are Better Than One." The line goes, "There's a saying: If you see the Buddha on the road, kill the Buddha." I believe that's how it goes, and it sounds like something from an old movie.
