I never had any breast pain at all during my pregnancy. The pain came a few days after my son was born because they became engorged with milk. You do not necessarily have to have breast pain. I know some women who didn't even throw up and it was their first pregnancy. Usually if you are sexually active and you have missed a period then it is great cause to take a pregnancy
test. I would suggest taking one right away. If you are embarrassed to buy one have a friend do it for you. But you should take one so that you can find out. It is important to start seeing a doctor as soon as possible after you find out your pregnant so that you and your baby get the proper care so don't wait. Take a test.

Some women do experience sore boobs. I did during my first pregnancy. I'm 5 months pregnant right now and my boobs still aren't sore, so I guess it depends on the woman.

how late are you? it doesnt start immediately.. and for some women hormone levels take a while to rise and that could delay symptoms as well.. is this your 1st pgcy? With my first i did have a lot of boob pain.. with my other 3 pregnancies i never did... but i was also breastfeeding at the time i got pregnant. not sure if that had anything to do with it..

Yes, it is possible to have a pregnancy without sore boobs. I never had any pain, or change at all in two pregnancies.

Yes, it is possible to be pregnant without having sore breasts as a symptom. Every woman/pregnancy is different in someone. It's probably best that you just take a pregnancy test, or go see your ob/gyn.

It varies from woman to woman. But, I went up a whole cup size by the time I missed my first period. And before that, my boobs hurt terribly, they were and still are, so sore that I couldn't touch them.

Different women experience different symptoms. The only sure way to know if you are pregnant is to take a home base test or have a doctor do it for you.

Every woman is different and so is every pregnancy. My boobs weren't sore with either of my pregnancies, they just grew! I wouldn't worry too much. Sounds pretty normal to me. But if you're really worried go see your OB he/she should be able to give you some straight answers.
Good luck!

Not all women have the exact same symptoms at the same time. You should take a test or see a doctor if you think you may be pregnant.
