first, i'm sorry everyone for asking this question. it's been asked...over and over. please understand
ok so he talks to me a lot. he's nice, but to everyone else too. he compliments me a lot, with sincerity. um...he asks me a lot of questions about myself. and he actually smiles when talking to me! :P and he waves to me in the halls.
so do you think that qualifies as liking me?

It does seem like he likes you, but he might just be a nice guy. Maybe you should start asking him some questions. Do you know if he has a girlfriend? If not ask if he would like to go do something. Keep it light at first, not asking him to go to a nice restaurant with you, but I wouldn't go to the movies, you can't really talk there. Maybe just someplace fun, if it's cold where you are I have a place near me that has putt-putt, stuff like that. keep it as friends till you can find out what he is thinking. Young love, or lust. I miss it, just don't have your mind set that he waves so he likes me. It's awful to hear, but some guys even when we have stronger feelings, they just see you as a friend. Just ask him. That's really the only thing you can do. I'm assuming your in High School , any school dances coming up? Ask as soon as you hear about it, stay ahead of the game, and get your man.

well clearly he likes you.... Whether or not he wants to date you may be a different thing. But it sounds like you too talk about a lot of things and get along very well so why don't you ask him out?

If he's doing itto everybody else too he may just be a friendly guy. You should ask him before you get caught up into believing he does like you and he really doesn't. Just be careful.
