I get $480 New Zealand Dollars per week. I have the standard Comptia A+ qualification but I am very experienced as I am an onsite callout technician and deal with a large spectrum of different problems every day

That's on the begining, or low side. Which is probably average for your experience...not your age.

Go to salary.com and input your title and zip code and see for where you live. It was low for my zip.

OK, my initial web reference will only work in the USA. Try http://www.emigratenz.org/Work.html....is shows $25-55K range for computer help desk operator

this amounts to approx. 400.00 per week, 10.00 per hour. this is a typical entry level salary in metro NYC area. for your age it seems good, if you live with your parental units, or roommates. you don't state how much training you have had, or if they are training you. keep up the good work and ask for a raise!
