I have to make a model of any part of the muscles of the body and it has to show how it works. Does anyone have any websites that will help with this or any ideas on materials to use? I am lost

a good one one would be the knee. The majority of its motion is just in one plane, just flexion and extension. And it is interesting how the knee cap (patella) acts as a lever to increase the strength of the pull of the quad muscles, especially in the last 30 degrees of extension (making your leg straight).
