Diversity starts off as different cultures and groups together, and it ends with homogeneity. Those little groups will eventually consolidate into larger groups with similar cultural goals. That is just how human society works. If you encourage diversity, in the long term you get a mixture that is no longer diverse. This is a good thing.

The production of heteroginious society, which is also the part of inclusive democracy. In case of diversity, we have respect to all kinds of culture, langauge, society, religions and so on. As a result, everbody feel their identity, which reduce the the social violence as well as promotes the different kinds of knowledge tradition.
