Does anybody know how I can relieve real bad pelvis pain. I've tried heating pad on it, but that only works a few times. I've already asked my doctor. All they said was to try a heating pad. Anybody have any other suggestions. Thank you...

I had the same thing when I was pregnant with my daughter. I remember the only time I wasn't miserable was when I was laying down on my side. Sometimes a Tylenol would help, other times it wouldn't. You might try stretching. There is one particular stretch, can't remember the name, but you get on all fours and raise and lower your back. It was quite a spectacle, but it did wonders for sciatic nerve pain. Oh yeah! I do remember the birthing ball helped a little too. Just get a large size exercises ball and sit on it with your legs out to the sides. A girlfriend, who was into pregnancy yoga, told me about that. When you sit on it, you bounce lightly, and roll your hips. Again, it's pretty awkward, but whatever helps, right?! Congratulations by the way! Your coming down the home stretch!

I had the same problem when pregnant with my son. It was so bad that sometimes I couldn't even lift my leg over the side of the tub! About 7 months along I started seeing a chiropractor. Turns out my body was producing to much of the hormone that relaxes your ligaments. Every two weeks I had to go see him to get an adjustment, but it help tons!

I had that problem too. My doctor told me it was from the uterus pushing on a nerve. Nothing helped me, especially not the heating pad, that just made me too hot! It went away on it's own after several days.
It is okay to take one regular Tylenol, or half of an extra strength Tylenol while pregnant, but ask your doctor before you do, just in case.
Good luck!

OMG DONT PUT A HEATING PAD ON YOUR STOMACH IF YOU ARE PREGNANT! EVER! Plain Tylanol is probably the only SAFE thing for you to do.
