When you call, just call and say that you are confirming your interview and ask if it's still on for Wednesday. If they don't give a time then, say "and you have me down at 3:00 (or whatever time you THINK it might be close to)". They'll appreciate you calling to confirm. It will look very professional on your part. Even if you don't have the time right, they probably won't remember that part, but they will remember that you called.

Yes but you need to enlist the help of a friend. Have the friend call and ask what time you are supposed to meet for your interview. Have your friend tell them that you asked him to meet you after the interview, but he forgot to write down the time. They may tell him or they may not, but if you do the calling it will be a very bad black mark against you. Ask you friend to be very apologetic. You can plan a strategy for yourself.

Pretend you are your own secretary and you called to confirm the interview appointment. You can give them the day and time and they correct you if the time is wrong.

instead of letting them think that u forgot the appt which wouldnt look too good...ring them and ask is if they can verify your appt time because you may have "accidently" booked another appt at the same time which you will gladly change. GOOD LUCK with the job :)

Yeah that's fine. You probably would just be speaking with a receptionist anyway, someone who really couldn't care less whether you get hired or not :-) So no worries. Just say you're calling to confirm your interview time.

I think it's the responsible thing to do. Call them to "Confirm" the time. If you say, " I'm calling to confirm my 02:00pm with Mr Blank" They might say, "Oh no, we have it at 02:30pm" & you say, "Ok that will be fine 02:30pm it is". You not only get the info you want, but you sound like a responsible person, who is experienced at keeping appointments.
