It is the reaction scheme for the egg shell dissolved in vinegar:
CaCO3 + CH3COOH --> ?
I should know this, but I'm can't think of it today!
Also does anyone know the functions of Galactose and Maltose?
I'm trying to finish my lab notebook.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
