Yes, when I was younger I was very intense & very shy and the words came with great difficulty. Now that I'm older, wiser & more self-confident, it isn't difficult to say at all -but I still don't say it unless I really mean it.

No,I havent found it hard to say "I love you".If you are in love with your bf or your husband then its not hard to say that word.

I use to but not any more. Grand daughters use it with me all the time and it just came natural to repeat in time.
