Very interesting...the term is fraternal twins, not paternal. It is statistically possibly given the Nigerian and English heritage of the mother. The article describes the father is white.

There was a thingy on one of the talk shows, Maury, or Oprah I forgot which where a 2 girls were on and one was white and the other black. There parents were both white.
