criteria for starting a fingerprint business?

I want to start a small business that would fingerprint people for employment, security and firearms licences.
I would like to find out what requirements I would need.

I agree, you would first need to find out if there is really a need for that. Im sure it is heavily regulated by the goverment if so. I would contact a few place that require that and see how they go about it and who they use. Then, only if there is a need, you will need to look into licensing and equipment. From then on... it is Business Basics 101

I doubt if there is a need for that, To start a business you must fill a need
