Are you Iranian? America/Europe can't be the world's police (although we try). There is a such a thing as the United Nations and it is a figurehead. It is hard for us to understand as our "standard of living" may be higher and that makes it harder for us to understand/empathize at times. We see crimes on tv/internet/newspaper everyday and it will make one jaded after a while.

if journalists get killed, it's their own fault, all they do is report half truths anyway. and whos government are you talking about, I know your not talking about the United States. We're the best of the best, that's apparently why we're the most powerful country in the world.
