They're both cute, my neice's name is Hailey. I would choose Gracie because it isn't as common.

Hailey. Garcie is a cute name but they key word is CUTE. Think about when she gets older, will she be taken seriously in the workplace with a name like Gracie. I'm not saying she wont but Hailey is a beautiful name too and it may help to have a more mature name. Just my 2 cents.

Thats a tough one. I like both. I would choose Hailey over Gracie though. But if you want to use them both, you could go with Hailey Grace.....(I like this one too!)

Gracie was my first pick, but she'll only want to be called Gracie for so long...when she's in her late teens or twenties and goes through the mature and professional phase....Gracie will sound too juvenile.....but Grace will sound too old.
I would go with Hailey Grace.

I love the name Hailey, but my personal associations that come up when I hear the name Gracie is someone that is a little too soft, "religious" & ultra-girly.
