"Neat-a-reeno" is not a real word. It is just slang, a made-up way to make the real word (neat) seem more "cool", and would likely be used by a much younger person.

"When I told my 8-year-old daughter that we were having chocolate pudding for dessert. She exclaimed, NEAT-A-REENO, Mom!!!"

Learning the English language is made much more challenging because of the use of slang. Good luck and keep asking questions - it's the best way to learn!
