if its the actaul pants. then i have no idea, but i have heard men put rubber bands on there balls for some reason, i think its the pressure it cause from lack of blood

Men often do it if they have a problem ejculating durring sex they tie their gonads up so they are able to,it sounds painful to me ,thank god i'm a female
