I have Skype cordless phone model Vtech USB 710. Is it compatible with windows 98 at all?

There really is no way of knowing unless you try it and find out. Here's the deal, everything today is coded for operating system XP but that does not mean it will not work in 98. I would say follow the instructions on the box like you would for XP and see what happens. If it does work then you are in luck but do not get your hopes up to much because 98 was coded well before we started doing all these Fancy things with phones and cell phones.
