Need Group Interview Tips?

I'm going for a group interview for a personal banker in a local bank. Anyone has any tips? What do you do in group interviews? Are there any tests? It's my first time and I'm nervous.

It means that there will be more than one person to interview you. It is a preocedure to determine how well you react and respond publicly, are you articulate, friendly and appear to be knowledgeable? A lot can be said of the candidate for a job with this form of interview.
Dress well, preferably a nice suit. Be well groomed, personable and answer questions confidently , act comfortably or your usual self. self assured and interested in the conversation or the person asking the next question. Give him or her your full attention. Ask questions yourself. Do some research on the bank so you know a lot about their company too.

It is a panel interview. What you should do is that you must show that you have the confidence in getting the job. Normally in any panel interview, there is a chairperson who asked you question that is related to the post you applied for. So basically you need to do some research on what is the scope of work that you are expected to do.
You must not be nervous coz if you are nervous, the chances is that they might not want to recruit you as your scope of work involved meeting client and some marketing job too. If you are nervous, I believe the cilent may not be confident in getting services from you. So be confidence when you go for the interview

Ask a decent amount of questions. When you ask questions it shows that you really want the job (ask stuff like what is a usual day working here like? or Why did your last employee leave? Is the current economy effecting your business? or even What would you say is the best thing about working here?) You need to make yourself stand out as the one who most wants to work here
