I was never that great at being told what to do every second of the day...that's why I love truck driving. I did once have an employer...a large mortgage corporation that has long since gone belly-up...and our supervisor didn't allow talking. We weren't even supposed to say good morning, etc!! There were about 8 of us working under this man, and we all stayed out of work and called in with the excuse we wanted to talk to catch up with each other. After that the rules were relaxed and within months this mean nasty ugly thorn in our sides was history!! Fired!! Seems he was embezzling funds...no wonder he didn't want us to talk amongst ourselves!! He was paranoid we were talking about HIM!! Great Question!!
PS...I work for myself now...got an eBay store!!

How to work as a team not a Individual. Experience doing the job descriptions and having a Bose demand or give his ideas on how the overall job should be done, This is my fave because, end the end a job shows the week lead ship and exp one has. We all have our bad days and forgetful days. There comes a time when the Bose needs to step back and consume the advice from the team-member below him a Bose rules applied by higher pay Bose and the over all company's chose way the job should be done. Control, power, ownership and Money changing hands is why people follow the rules. Say nothing no nothing commit to the rules and promotions follow. kissing *** always has one down slide everyone remember the bullshiter, Lie's and weak minded.

Never argue with a customer/the customer is always right. Not being able to defend yourself when some yoyo is tearing your head off stinks on ice! A rule like that is supposed to be so customers will be happy and buy more stuff, but all it really does is make the employees miserable.

Well one of my work rules is no bathroom breaks until the day's work is over. Of course that is because there are no bathroom facilities accessable on my job sites.
