I ordered tires online and they arrived at local Costco. Credit card already charged.

On their site it says if I don't install within 30 days the order will be cancelled.

So will they credit my credit card back?

I don't want the tires anymore cause I think spending $500 is too much since I found other tires for $200 at local tire shop.

You do know that the tires you got for so much less are not really less expensive, they are cheaper, I hope. With that kind of price difference, they will not last as long, and will not have the same traction specs. There had to be a reason you ordered the good tires to start with. I would think you credit card would be credited, but they may charge a restocking fee. Tires are the only items you can have delivered to a store instead of home, so you really have to check with Costco. E-mail or phone them.

I'm surprised you found tires cheaper. After installation, balancing and rotation, are they still cheaper?

You can go to customer service at a local Costco store and cancel your transaction and have your credit card credited.
