I think you are thinking of a bidet which is used to wash your bottom with a stream of water that squirts up. They are not as popular in US as in Europe.

I don't understand. What is a female urinal? Last I checked women peed in toilets only. I think you may have wandered into the mens room by mistake at mt rushmore.

My guess would be that they do not have them because women (all the ones I know or have ever heard of) have no desire to urinate standing up. Many wear panty hose, stockings, etc., and to stand over something would be more "messy", while sitting down with all the clothing down below and away from the "business", or being held up above it is much more appealing.

There are female urinals. Not so much in North America though. Most of us prefer to sit down to pee.

Most women refuse to pee in front of other women.
I'm male & dislike peeing alongside other men. I use the stalls.

Are you unable to use regular toilets? Men use those coz' they don't "sit" down to "go pee"
