If you *truly* need to know this, you should try to Google the phrases "feline penis" and "canine penis."

As was stated before, the canine penis is oriented cranially, while the feline penis is oriented caudally. Another important difference is that the feline penis contains keratinized spines which form at puberty and disappear after castration. The spines are believed to induce ovulation in the female when "raked" against the vaginal epithelial tissue.

i highly doubt that there are any difference; canine and feline are actually quite closely related and both belong to the order canivora. Also, a penis is not terribly complex in structure and they both serve the same function so it is highly unlikely that there will be any difference in size, functions, structure, etc. There might however be some superficial difference such as pigmentation or size but these are really tiny difference.

One difference is that dog's are directed cranially and cat's are directed caudally. Otherwise I believe they both contain the same parts.
