you have 2 horns close to the headlights on left and right side in front of the engine compartment near the grill or just behind the grill. I know this sounds goofy, but if you lift the hood and have someone blow the horn... it will be pretty easy to spot them. If they aren't working... you may hear them click, or you will hear the relay click. Then follow or trace the wires to the horns.

now unless you have a mutant carn the horn is on the inner part of the steering wheel. If you are looking for the part that makes the noise, it will be in front of the radiator and hidden behind the front grille.
