If it is only when you are on the Internet, open Internet Explorer
Go to View
Click on Font Size
Reset to the size you want
If you hold down the ALT button and turn the scroll wheel on your mouse, this will also increase or decrease the font size. That is how is probably got changed to begin with.

if your server allows you edit desktop settings, then right click on any blank part of your desktop. when the menu appears, click on properties, then when a window appears, click the tab that says settings, then move the slider on the bar that says resolution to your native resolution of your monitor.
If your problem is only with the font, and nothing besides it is bigger, then follow the above directions until the window pops up, then click on the tab that says "appearances" and on the pull down menu for fonts, choose "normal", or whatever looks good to you.

Try clicking the View button on your browser, scroll down to Text Size and see what it is set for, you can try smaller or smallest if you are working with IE 6 or better.

ok, go to start menu, and find your control panel. in that folder there should be a display properties logo. open it. then change your display to whatever you want. 1024x768 is a smaller font.
