Both taste good, but yes, a trip to the website of both restaurants will show you which one is more nutritious (as well as what has more bad stuff!).

Off the top of my head, my vote would actually go to the Double Cheeseburger, though. This is because it's got a better blend of food groups than the chicken: Bread, meat, cheese, and maybe even vegetables, if you count pickles, mustard and ketchup.

Better than both, of course, is to eat something else altogether. How about a McSalad or a McChopped-Up-Apple?

I would say a double cheese burger is worse on a long term basis even though per serving it has less fat and calories then a serving of fried chicken. Chicken is still a healthier option for long tem good health.

yes fried chicken is healthier than a McDonalds double cheeseburger. It tastes much better, of course it's chicken.

I'm NOT sure. KFC FRIES there chicken yet you get a greasy double cheesburger from Mcd's, so really neither. UNLESS you opt for GRILLED CHICKEN.

Well the chicken is fried and the hamburger is not. I would say a grilled chiken is best.

Both contains colasterol, if you has be to compare either one with the salad, then i will say salad is healthier. Take care, to much of colasterol will lead you to strock.
