I've heard that happens when you shake to mix it. They say you should store nail polish in the refrigerator, and slowly roll it from side to side to mix before using. This is especially effective if you buy high quality polish that has little metal balls in the bottom to help it mix well.

Girl, that stuff is old or has been under the wrong types of temperatures. Buy more polish and store them in a cool dry place when not in use. Also, when you polish, you shouldn't be close to a fan or any heating device. It may be possible that you are using too much for one coat at a time as well.

don't shake the bottle before applying, roll it between your palms for 60 seconds. the bubbles occur when you apply the second coat too soon and too thick. put on a thin even coat, let it dry completely before applying a second thin coat. Also old polish tends to bubble easier and stay gummy longer rather than drying fast and hard.

It's old. Don't shake it. Roll it in the palms of your hand. Pay a little more for a better brand. Don't put too many coats of polish on.

Instead of shaking the nail polish before you put it on your nails roll it back and forth in the palm of your hand. And if you put a little be be in it before you roll it that will help too!

Put the nail polish in the refrigerator. It will have less bubbles in it when you paint your nails.

I have found this most likely if I apply the second coat too quickly. You must really let the first coat dry completely with some brands.
Peace!
