Although this is an online shopping site for calligraphy supplies, I have learned more from this site than any other: http://www.paperinkarts.com/. It is a treasure chest of information and carries all kinds of interesting calligraphy tools.
If you want to see what others are doing in calligraphy:
http://www.alphabytes.com/pages/resources/calliglinks.html There are lists of calligraphers linked on the left margin so that you can view their work.
For on overview of the history and many different styles:
http://www.thesunneversets.talktalk.net/calligraphy/index.htm This is a fantastic site that teaches.
From Education Planet, an assortment of links to many types of calligraphy resources: http://educationplanet.com/search/search?keywords=CALLIGRAPHY&media=site
For an actual kinetic (moving) Tutorial: http://www.four09.org/mercer/protosite6/tutorial/index.shtml
For a Tutorial online: http://www.inkscape.org/doc/calligraphy/tutorial-calligraphy.html
I hope this helps you out. There isn't just a single site worthy of being so inclusive that it would answer your question. I have found that ask.com is really terrific if you want to run any type of search because it is an intuitive search engine and will list on the right margin all inds of related search ideas to the search you are conducting. You might wish to try doing that for some interesting answers.

It's maybe a willy answer, but I found a lot of great Calligraphy books in my local library, maybe you should check yours out. I'm sure you'll find what you need.
Otherwise you can of course check out these websites:
http://www.calligraphycentre.com/
http://www.studioarts.net/calligraphy/
http://www.asiawind.com/art/callig/Default.htm
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2095.html
http://www.cecilia-letteringart.com/
http://www.caroun.com/Calligraphy/Calligraphy.htm
If you still haven't found what you're looking for, you can type 'calligraphy' into a search engine, e.g google or yahoo, to find more websites on this subject.

As a calligrapher and a member of the worldwide calligraphic community, I can answer this question with one website:
http://www.cynscribe.com . At first glance you may not realize the extent of this site. Here you can find links to more calligraphic information than you ever knew existed. Bookmark this site and set aside a few hours to explore the links on every subject from A to Z. Good luck!
