I would say the best are the ones that give a fuller ballanced accounting NOT the shouting matches and bully name callers. Those stink. Cspan and any show that has a round table format that discusses without the bully crap.
I hate the immature namecalling screes some of these talking heads do. We need more people to watch the thoughtful and reasoned educational shows.

The Daily Show. I prefer humor to the shouting matches and pointless namecalling many of the other hosts do.
For serious information the Cspan1 and Cspan 2 are better sources than most. They at least give more than one side of the issues and they refrain preaching one side is better than all others

Hardball with Chris Matthews and Real Time with Bill Maher, never miss either one. (I know Real Time isn't technically a news show but I had to mention it, it's awesome :) )
