Ha, both. It may be called "one-eyed", but I don't think that eye can really see. That monster is usually willing to be crammed inside just about anything, when he decides he wants some attention. But the monster part is for real, no doubt about that. He's bulbous, ugly, pulsing and throbbing, veins popping out....and the son of a b*itch likes to spit at things......

It's definitely real & here with me (I'm actually quite attached to it). During the warmer weather it can be seen quite often at the nude beach.
