Not when you have such pouty nipples they show unless you pad the bra. Come on, as if women wear bras to advertise their sexuality? I do it to keep horny boys (I'm a teacher) from gazing at the twin beacons.

Are you advertising or just wearing a padded bra ? It depends on why you're wearing the padded , it's OK to wear one especially if you think it makes your outfit look fitting.

no just kidding, but its just highlighting what we already have, like makeup for example. But then again, it depends exactly how padded the bra is! Like those gell bras, yeah that may be giving an illusion of something that isnt there

Im flat, so I wear a padded bra! My mom had a boob job... now is that falsely advertising? Debateble... but the point is, we do it because it makes us feel better about ourselves.

If your purpose is to advertise, yes. however, I believe most women wear them for a little added appeal more for themselves and the way they look in their clothing. And if it is needed who cares what other women are wearing to enhance themselves, if it works. They are not hurting anyone, or themselves with ridiculous plastic surgery procedures. God bless

no more so than wearing make-up, nail polish, hair spray, etc.
but then again, it depends on how much extra padding you are adding to the already padded bra.

Is make-up? A flattering shirt/pants? its not like your bra is going to make you 3 sizes bigger. There's still a pretty good indication of whats under there.

Depends if you're charging, how much doesn't matter in principle.
If you're just bartering your body for a husband/support you can't get done for that it's practically the basis for society.
