Having a penguin would take large amounts of training and in order to obtain a penguin you must get permits. Also you must go to an organization that grants the animals , but unless you start a penguin sanctuary that is recognized it is highly unlikely that you would be able to get a penguin. they don't give them to just anyone. The habitat needed would be vastly expensive and it is unlikely that you would be able to keep up with the costs of feeding and maintaining the penguins and their enclosure.

If your house is a zoo. They do keep them in zoos. However, I'd imagine you'd have to have the necessary permits and possibly training. And yes, a lot of space and money.

i guess it is possible but first you have to get permits for having penguins in your house then permits for the penguins then good habitat for them then you have to get a special vet for them. and then theres more permits then probably cost a lot of money for the habitat and taking care for them.
