Yes ..its heart failure....cause Scotland is the leading country in Europe when it comes to heart disease...we are the leading nation in eating greasy fry-ups,famous for being heavy drinkers and smokers...makes you proud to be Scottish(sorry small tear in my eye)......

Heart disease is correct.....being fat and lazy, drinking too much and smoking.
That about sums it up.
Pretty pitiful that people cause more deaths by lifestyle than any other illnesses, diseases, sicknesses, wars, etc. cause.

I'd say heart disease, people living a lazy life, takeway food, less exercise, resulting in increased levels in obesity which then may trigger heart disease.

Well, in the US every group trying to get funding to fight a particular disease always says that their disease is the number one killer in the United States. Who knows what to believe with such sensationalism!
It's breast cancer, no, wait, heart disease, nope, diabetes, nope lung cancer, nope, lupus, no, wait it's.....
