i've got questioned that for years. As a real, blue Colts fan i've got felt that the working sport grew to become nonexistent while "the component" left and Joseph Addai replaced into drafted. we could face it, Colts followers have been spoiled as quickly as we had Marshall Faulk after that have been given Edgerrin James. i'm able to understand that when you have a quarterback like Peyton Manning, you do no longer choose to run the ball each and all the time. however the working sport is extremely significant too. i think of they might desire to draft a working returned and commerce away Addai to get a greater ideal draft %.. The offensive line is likewise no longer used to the working sport through fact Peyton Manning in is greater of a passing, interior the pocket, quarterback.

Addai is a rookie and is just getting used to the faster, larger players he is seeing every week in the NFL and so he is being phased in a little at a time, much like Maroney is in New England. I think if he continues to succeed and play at a high level, he will get more touches than Rhodes.

You have to start Rhodes because Addai is a rookie and doesnt' have as much experience. Also Rhodes is a better pass blocker and the colts tend to pass early in the game more than run.

Face it that is the best passing O in the league. They run a few times to keep teams honest but they will never be a run oriented team, and why should they?
