I was forced to watch Kangaroo Jack, and I am sorry to say I thought it was really funny (in a stupid way). I forced my sister to watch The Emperor's New Groove and she ended up buying the DVD. Do you have any movies you thought you'd hate, and would never have watched of your own free will, but now you like it?

The best movie I saw, that I really didn't want to see, was My Left Foot. I thought it was going to be another diseased cripple depressing movie. Turned out to be great.

When I was a kid my parents had free passes to go see The Princess Bride and I thought because it was free that meant they couldn't get anyone to go see it and it must suck. So I cried and my parents made me go anyway. It is now one of my favorite movies and I still feel like a brat for throwing a fit!!

I wife rented Flawless with Robert Dinero because she knows I like him. I read the jacket and had no interest. She played in anyway and I thought I was going to break a rib laughing

The theater had their free summer movie program, and my daughter wanted to see HOODWINKED so I went and I made my teenage son come too, very much against his wishes, but he and I laughed more than anyone else in our seating area. I went out and bought it that night. It is a very funny tale about "what really happened" in LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

Any of those 'stupid' movies. Sometimes you just can't help laughing.
