Yes... It lowers the kid's self esteem and make them think thoughts that they shouldn't be thinking! The kids should just have fun, be kid, and be rid of makeup if they don't like it! Plus, I think Barbie Dolls are scary...
Usually the parents who do that to their kids have issues... Ha ha... :-)

You mean the ones in the beauty pageants? Yes, that is very disgusting. They have little fake eyelashes and dye their hair. I agree that kids need to just have fun outside in the sunshine, making mud pies and playing ball. The make up is really sick.

I totally agree...
did you know if barbie was a real person... (we learned this in health class)
she would be::: (about)
~8.5 ft. tall
~have a bust of 21in.
~have a waist of 8 in.
~have thigh thickness of 9 in.
~have 3/4in. worth of makeup on that she looks like a monster
(and a bunch of other horrible stuff) ...
AND she would be so distorted that she would have to walk on all fours to get around!!!!!!!!!!!!
omg!!!!!!!! i hate barbie and the way she makes girls feel... :(

There are parents who make their kids wear make-up? I remember when I first started wearing make-up. My father grounded me to my room, boy did I get an ear-full. That was about age 15ish. My mom kinda eased dad into the reality of me wearing make-up.

Oh yea....I saw some girls just a few days ago with those micro mini skirts and tight tops and gobs of make up. I was apalled. Then I thought to myself I would kill my daughter if she tried to leave the house looking like that....

So what else is noew? It's more disgusting when the parents have tremensous amounts of wrinkles, but get their hair dyed a bright color, emphasizing their oldness.

I agree with this whole heartedly! There is no good excuse to put makeup on a young child period.

Yeah it does. It takes away the child's natural glow and child-like innocence.
