I can't tell what these items are but one or two have warnings that they might cause problems with some programs. Can't all temporary items be deleted?

The "temp" directory is used by Windows to store files it uses for different operations. None of them are critical files, and can be deleted without harming anythings. BUT any Windows needs it will recreate. So you will not get much space by deleting them. Most will be recreated by Windows.

Just go to the start-all programs-accessories- system tools-
disk cleanup. This is a safe program that does the cleaning up for you, it is better because it wont "accidentally" delete any important files.

Yes you can delete all your temp files with no problems. Usually Temp files are deleted automatically after a certain time period or restart.
