Well that depends if the dry cleaners you go to does alterations... Of course you would need to request this to be done... If not look up tailor in the yellow pages...

Some can do that but usually they offer taylor services. You will have to ask ahead of time.

yes, they may be able to do it. if they charge a hefty price for it, go somewhere else. its not that expensive.
