D is wrong. The only inner planets that have an atmosphere are Earth and Venus. Mars and Mercury have literally no atmosphere.

Mercury atmosphere is 10^12 times weaker than earth's according to Answers.com so (d).

I dont have anything to add but I know Earth and Venus have substantial atmospheres, mars has a very thin atmosphere and mercury has nearly no atmosphere (thanks Sun)
