how about speed dating, for those who dont have dates or anyone special to spend with on Valentines. It would be a fun way to get to know someone new and make new friends. Then again i could be very wrong. Good luck

ball room dancing lessons / party. Hire a ballroom dancer instructor to teach the group for the first 30 minutes or so and then get the music started. Make sure to have people dress vintage/glamour (think: Marlyn Monroe/Grace Kelly) and have the men wear suits. Of course, there must be food and you can figure that out once your creative juices start flowing. Maybe you could even call the night "Dancing with the stars" (only you're talking about old glamourous stars, or even stars in the sky, if you will).

Have a blast getting your idea together - good luck and hope this helped you in any way!

With costums on everyones mind - maybe a cuples dance dressed like famous figures (yes this is straight from "Never been kissed") - but I'm thinking about 3 holidays and a birthday - so I'm brain dead also.
Contest about: Best story of how they met or Wedding day story.
Good luck, planning ahead means you'll have a great V-day!!

How about not celebrating the most horrible "holiday" of the year. Jeebus , can't I have six months without hearing about VD day?

Although, if you could find a way of including those of us who repeatedly have to suffer every year through the horrors of depression that it brings, that would be nice. Thx.

Sorry I'm brain-dead on this one....it's not even Thanksgiving yet! What is there to do for V-day beyond dances, romantic dinners and movies etc. Good luck on this one.
