My friend just when through a break up and we decided to watch a bunch of movies in a row that we could bawl from and it loads of ice cream (sadly it works). What are the best tear jerker romance movies? Thanks!

I guarantee if you are a girl, you will cry all the way through this movie.
Most guys do not like this movie.

P.S. I agree with ishel13, also. "An Affair to Remember" if you like oldies but goodies.... will make you cry.

I have watched them all several times but they still make me cry, The Lake House was the most recent tear jerker movie. I loved it!

I cried when I first watched "Splendor in the Grass" (1961) with Natalie Wood and Warren Beatty. I'd cry today if I saw it again.
Another Natalie Wood film I cried at was
"Love with the Proper Stranger" with Steve McQueen (1963)
